Our approach

InSync Consulting's methodology uses a multi-disciplinary approach, drawing from the fields of social sciences, neuroscience and positive psychology.

Our coaching programs include an initial alignment session between manager, coachee and executive coach to identify development objectives and key performance indicators. We set agreed professional goals, focus on solutions to challenges and use a strengths-based approach to achieve breakthrough results.

The programs conclude with an evaluation session.
